The premiums shown come from the data published by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH).
Our work is to organise that data, make it easy to browse and explain the differences between deductibles, insurance models and premium regions.
No commission from health insurers
The service is free and funded by OneDoc. We receive no commission or other payment from a health insurer when you view an offer or continue on an insurer’s website.
The ranking rests on the criteria you chose and on the corresponding price. An insurer cannot buy a better position.

We sell no insurance and choose no insurer for you. Our role is to give you clear, comparable and verifiable information so that you can make your own choice.
When you want to know more about an offer, we send you to the insurer’s website, in a new tab. The link only carries a referral mark (“utm_source”) so that the insurer knows where the visit came from.
Your data: no account, no cookies
The comparison works without registration: no account, no e-mail address. We set no cookies, use no audience analytics, and our servers keep no IP addresses of visits. What you type — municipality, year of birth, deductible — is used only to show the page you asked for.

This comparison is developed and funded by OneDoc SA, a Swiss company. It uses the data published by the FOPH, but it is not the Confederation’s official comparison.

Frequently asked questions
Do you earn money when I click “View offer”?
No. The link leads to the insurer’s site with no commission and no payment. It only carries a provenance tag, so the insurer knows where the visit came from.
Can an insurer appear higher by paying?
No. The ranking is by price at the deductible shown, and nothing else. The “Lowest premium” badge simply marks the first offer of that ranking.
Is this site approved by the FOPH?
No. The FOPH approves and publishes the premiums; we take them as they are and state the source. The site itself is neither official nor approved by any authority.
