The amount shown is the FOPH-approved premium, the same one as on priminfo.admin.ch, less the redistribution of the environmental levies (the CO₂ levy and the VOC incentive tax). In 2027 every insured person receives 57.00 CHF, which the insurer deducts from the invoices: 4.75 CHF a month, the same amount for everyone. The approved premium of 475.50 CHF at Sanitas therefore gives 470.75 CHF; the ranking does not change. Your invoice may still differ, for example with your canton’s individual premium reduction.
