In 2027, without accident cover: Agrisano (AGRIsmart) at 309.95 CHF a month with a deductible of 300 CHF, and CONCORDIA (HMO) at 201.35 CHF with the 2'500 CHF deductible. With accident cover: Agrisano (AGRIsmart) at 326.55 CHF, and CONCORDIA (HMO) at 213.25 CHF.

For a young adult aged 19 to 25 with Agrisano (AGRIsmart), the premium rises from 309.95 CHF a month without accident cover to 326.55 CHF with accident cover, at the 300 CHF deductible: 16.60 CHF a month, 199.20 CHF a year. You only need this cover if you are not already fully insured for accidents under the Accident Insurance Act (UVG/LAA). If you work at least 8 hours a week for the same employer, their accident insurance generally also covers non-occupational accidents.

The large amount is the FOPH-approved premium — the same one as on priminfo.admin.ch, shown under each price — less the redistribution of the environmental levies (the CO₂ levy and the VOC incentive tax). In 2027 every insured person in Switzerland receives 57.00 CHF, which their insurer deducts from the premium invoices: 4.75 CHF a month, the same amount for everyone, whatever the insurer, the model or the deductible. The ranking is therefore unchanged. This amount is not necessarily your final invoice: your canton’s individual premium reduction or a discount for annual payment are added where they apply. For example, the approved premium of 314.70 CHF at Agrisano (AGRIsmart) gives 309.95 CHF after redistribution.

Your cancellation must reach your current insurer by 30 November 2026 at the latest; the change takes effect on 1 January 2027. The premiums on this page are those approved by the FOPH for 2027.
