The large amount is the FOPH-approved premium — the same one as on priminfo.admin.ch, shown under each price — less the redistribution of the environmental levies (the CO₂ levy and the VOC incentive tax). In 2026 every insured person in Switzerland receives 61.80 CHF, which their insurer deducts from the premium invoices: 5.15 CHF a month, the same amount for everyone, whatever the insurer, the model or the deductible. The ranking is therefore unchanged. This amount is not necessarily your final invoice: your canton’s individual premium reduction or a discount for annual payment are added where they apply. For example, the approved premium of 386.70 CHF at Agrisano (AGRIsmart) gives 381.55 CHF after redistribution.
